Returns and Policies
For misprinted, damaged, or defective orders, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund as long as you submit your claim within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product. Should your product be lost in transit, please make your claim within thirty (30) days of the estimated delivery date.
Because we have your products custom printed, we cannot accept returns because you ordered the wrong size, decided that you would prefer a different color, or just changed your mind. We hope that we will be able to expand our return policy as we grow.
CALIFORNIA SALES TAX
A sales tax of 7.5% will be added to orders shipped to California.
CUSTOMS FEES NOTICE
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs duties and fees, depending on
destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other
factors. You are responsible for these fees.
